Job Description:

• Develop the Global regional market (especially for Latin America, Central Asia, and the Asia-Pacific region) , formulate sales strategy plans, establish and manage sales channels, and be responsible for sales revenue.

• Based on the company's product development status, organize and implement complete operational plans to achieve annual sales targets, including orders, revenue, payments collected, and profits.
• Organize market research, be responsible for product, customer, and competitor research, and accurately position target markets to formulate market operation strategies and uncover customer needs.
• Maintain external communication with key partners and headquarters (international marketing and regional management).
• Greet clients, arrange technical exchanges as needed, and maintain good relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in telecommunications engineering, international trade, or related fields.
• Familiar with the APEC market, with overseas sales experience in the telecommunications industry, knowledgeable about small cells, 4G/5G integrated base stations, CPE, and related products; priority will be given to candidates with overseas telecommunications operator customer resources.
• Able to use English as a working language and adaptable to both short and long-term business trips.
• Strong negotiation, communication, planning and execution, and customer service skills.

Job Description:

1. Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for live network communication equipment to ensure stable network operation.

2. Serve as the technical interface to client engineering teams, quickly responding to and resolving live network technical issues.

3. Conduct regular inspections and health checks of live network equipment, identify potential risks, and propose optimization recommendations.

4. Compile and deliver maintenance reports and technical solution documents, contributing to the knowledge base.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of work experience in the telecommunications or related industry; experience in live network operations and maintenance is preferred.

3. Solid professional foundation with a good understanding of telecommunication network architecture and mainstream equipment operation and maintenance processes.

4. Language Skills: Russian is required as a working language (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is a plus.

5. Strong problem-solving skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain new and existing customers; establish, update, and consolidate the relationship network with mobile/fixed-line operators and communication service providers in the Kazakhstan market; enhance customers' trust in the company's products and image; secure more bidding and order opportunities; improve customer satisfaction; and implement established sales plans
• Conduct regular market analysis; collect market intelligence; plan bidding strategies, product promotion strategies, project priorities, plant/office site selection, and staffing; ensure follow-up on regional customers and projects; and follow up on product delivery and quality
• Manage bidding: prepare and organize the provision of commercial materials, submission of technical materials, and bid analysis; ensure customer needs and market information are fed back to relevant internal departments
• Build a high-quality department team; cultivate and develop team members; ensure smooth department management and team
  operations
• Complete the department's sales plan and payment collection tasks

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in English, foreign trade, electronic engineering, communication engineering, computer science, electronics and automation, or related fields
• More than 10 years of relevant work experience, including more than 5 years of experience as a foreign trade manager in a relevant enterprise
• Familiar with foreign trade business management and the entire foreign trade process; familiar with market development and risk control; understanding of mobile communication products and the communication industry architecture
• Familiar with mobile communication market sales models; familiar with communication project implementation processes and decision-making processes; experience in relevant enterprise or department management or project management
