How to use Zen-Desk
If you are new to Zen-Desk,please click “REGISTER” to sign up
Registered users，please click “LOGIN” to have access to Zen-Desk and create a new issue ticket. Once you submit your issue, the system generates a new ticket and sends a ticket number to your registered email.
If any update on the ticket you submitted, you will receive an email to inform you. Or you could track your issue using the ticket number on Zen-Desk.
